 This was taken on vacation at Traverse City, Michigan right on Lake Michigan. Its about 65 years old. Taken with a Hoya R72 Infared Filter and a circular polarizer. Lots of legal PS7 adjustments for B&W, levels, curves, sharpen and finished it off with a little neat image. Thanks for all your input.

I like this shot more on my second look than I did on my first. The lighthouse seems a bit too white, like taken in bright sun yet you have managaed to tone it down in a way that works. I like the soft feel of it, shot feels nostolgic. NOt sure about the think black border though, maybe half the size i find it distracting to your very nice image.

I like this very much. The contrast of the lighthouse against the sky is quite striking and I think placing it off to one side was perfect. I looks a little tilted to the left but I think that may be an illusion caused by the shape of the building, since the steps seem to be level with the bottom of the photo. Weird effect. Anyway, this is one of my favorites of the challenge.

I love the look of this. IR? Well done. The white of the tower is just a bit too bright to me, but not enough to really bug me - this is a great image. Good luck.

The lighthouse is tilting to the left a little, or is it like that in real life? Like the leaning tower of Pisa :-)
