 Thanks for the 4th place. I was really out of my comfort zone shooting this shot and it was great to get the feedback.

This is my first and probably last Nude shoot. But this shot has been simmering since the Affluence Challenge. I was walking through Victoria's Secret when I saw this pair of rhinestone undies. I realize that was the epitimy of affluence to wear diamonds on your derriere. But, at the time, I didn't have a willing model.

When the Indulgence Challenge came up, I knew this picture was right for it. I found a (semi) willing model and was able to get my shot. My hope is that it is sensual, but not untasteful. If it is in poor taste for you, my apologies.

Note: The model was wearing thong underwear. It was as comfortable as any thong underwear is, no more, no less. :-)

The strange USM settings were to heighten the subtle lighting tones, and to make the diamonds POP while keeping the skin as smooth as possible.

I did say "semi-willing" model. She was only willing if her name and face never showed. We do live in very conservative Utah. LOL.

nice shot, my only criticism is that it looks like she's falling off a couch or something (head lower than bottom) but other than that, nice skin tones and diamonds, especially with basic editing rules

Great composition - the close crop makes it almost abstract but it's too sensual to be fully so. Nice lines, nice lighting. In my top 20 this challenge.

Bold shapes. But a few minor distractions - like that little line of light on the back in the middle on the left - ruins the continuous tone a bit.
And think a landscape format might have suited it a bitter...

Good composition and interesting choice of subject :) The only criticism I can think of is that the diamonds are a bit soft and dull (a bit more light could make them dazzle a bit more), and the clothing elastic mark (or is it a scratch?) on the model's right cheek is very distracting. Otherwise, nicely done.

WOW. There are a couple minor things, like the white spot at the top right, but as this is basic editing it can't be helped. I think this is absolutely stunning and fits the challenge wonderfully.
