This is an excellent photo, but I wish you were in a different contest. Too literal of an interpretation. Still- very well done. Colors, comp expression etc all good. 8

Interesting framing I like it - I love off center photography something about it.....

dnmc, no foreground subject

Lovely girl. Well captured. Composition is super. Colors and saturation are very very good. Little heavy on noise reduction for my taste. Hair and hand nicely frame the face. Hope you don't get any dnmc comments.

out of focus

Its a really lovely portrait picture but I don't see the frames.

great expression and feeling. framing is weak though. -5

Great photo. Really. But the frame looks (to me) to have been added after as a border, rather than being part of the original composition.

Is it a natural framing ?

like the off-center, and the look. nice shot. background could do more for the photo.

Nice lighting and composition, maybe a bit more chin would be better. I'm not sure if this frame is the framing in the challenge description.

Sorry, I don't see this frame as meeting the challenge, which says to use a foreground element as the frame, not to construct one in Photoshop.

Really lovely.....

I really like the idea, the model, pose, etc., but I would have scored it higher had you framed it in camera, rather than with a big fancy border. Seems like a bit of a cop-out, I'm afraid.

this is a really nice shot
not sure if the digital frame meets the challenge
good luck

Nice portrait indeed. Pretty model. But the framing by a foreground object is missing.

This is a really great photo. Unfortunately I don't think it meets the challenge.

beautiful portrait, but where's the frame?
06/14/2006 12:37:50 PM
Great photo! But I am not sure it meets the challenge. The border on this phot really helps a lot, though I dont believe the border is actually in the photograph.

I'm assuming that this is a mat and not a frame done in photoshop? Hmmmm

Nice composition and use of negative space.
06/14/2006 07:19:14 AM
Great picture but I fail to see the forground object that frame the rest of the image.
Lovely model...
06/14/2006 06:07:08 AM
while it's a great shot, I can't see a frame in the foreground framing what's in the background...or is it just me? Now you have placed an excellent frame that suits the shot, but I don't see that as the point of the challenge

Nice portrait, but turn your scores off now. I'm afraid you read the challenge description wrong...
