Greetings from the critique club AlphaTrooper.
While your image is very entertaining and the look on Melissa's face is priceless the image didn̢۪t quite hold it̢۪s own in this challenge. I̢۪d attribute that to being a stretch to hit the challenge on the head and soft focus. It̢۪s a great candid image though!
Good Luck on future challenges!

I loved the silliness and originality of this. Don't worry, you'll get the 5 minute editing drill down eventually ;-) I hope you'll use these models again in other challenges, they're terrific! |

Coming from my 1-4-0 thread ...
Hi again, I'm inclined to turn the tables and ask you to comment on this shot! Don't do last minute entries, I've seen them ribbon but you and I don't get that lucky. Nice (though sordid) idea but the bg is messy and the focus doesn't seem sharp in the right places. Melissa might have nice knees but there is no reason to include one in this shot. |

Funny concept. Technically, there are a few issues here. The focus isn't great and there are quite a few blown highlights which are distracting. I love the girl's expression though. 6 |

funny. a little bit blown. focus a little soft, due to slow shutter? |

It's not a brilliant photo, but it gave me a giggle. Well done for choosing models with expressive faces! However the photo does seem a bit too soft - particularly on the male's face and the female's hand, which are key parts of the image. The blown-out highlights on the back of the couch detract from the image too, a dark throw rug or something would have helped counteract this. |
