This has the potential to be a really nice image, but it is pixilated which probably occurred when you resized. There is a tutorial about resizing for dpc, please read it and don't give up. |

Your photo is very grainy and pixilized. Im not sure if it has to do with the compression or something else. Im sorry, at this point I can only offer up observation and not so much suggestion. |

Good work but the pencil needs to be further from the others for better bokeh. |

This lacks real interest... |

I think you went a little too heavy on the compression or something and lost some crucial quality. (the blotchy pixelation areas on the paper) Good concept and composition though. |

Check the "quality" setting in the "Save for Web" window... As far as the picture goes, this would, in my opinion, benefit from a slightly lower angle. |

Maybe if the colors of the pencils in the background really "popped" and were bright and arranged, this could be a more interesting photo. |

I think you used too low of a JPEG quality setting when you converted this shot. That removed a lot of detail from an otherwise strong entry. |

Interesting idea. Just too dark and not sharp enough on the subject. |

there is an outline around pencil. i'm not real good at editing, but I think it's from over sharpening? I could be wrong. |
