Nice find on this shot. I like the shine on the rocks adds a bit more to the image.8 |

Not bad. Pebble textures have been done to death. But you have still managed to capture the subject in an interesting way. Did you notice your reflections in the pebbles?? |

Well represented texture. Overall, a good shot. I especially like the smoother rocks that reflect back at you (show you, I think). Like so many of the texture shots (mine included), I don't like the lack of punch, surprise, reason to review, etc. Started you as a 6, but it's really better than that. 7 Swash |

What kind of stones are they? They looks like hematite. |

Very nice design, very sharp and well exposed. Would also make an unusual self portrait. |

A bit monotone for me. A contrast of some sort on one of the thirds lines would have made this pop a bit more. |

They almost look like oily coffee beans. I like this picture. The difference in sizes and the wonderful reflections keep enough interest into this picture and prevent it from being monotonous. Also like those very subtle color gradations. |

Good focus. I think having something other than just the shiny rocks would have been neat as well. Maybe something bright red and with more of a rough texture, just for contrast. karmat |

Nice and sharp. Good contrast too. I like the idea and the water on the rocks. Looks cool. How would it look in B&W? |

this is a really great texture and a really pretty photo. the only thing I would suggest is a center of interest. other than that, the photo kicks very much butt. great reflections, contrast, lighting.... can you post a large version of the photo? This would look sweet as a desktop picture. |
