too many blown highlights, seems like maybe you used too long of a shutter speed. great detail on the eyes though. maybe a "not so tight" crop would have been better, and not as centered.

Good idea...but the dominating bright light rids the image of the best bokeh available.

Overexposed... especially the background; to me, because of this the bokeh takes away from instead of enhances the photo.

Its hard to see the bokeh since its all solid white sky.

I do hope you will take these comments as constructive criticism:

. The sky in the background is totally blown out,
. The image looks like it was taken at high noon,
. The shadows cast by the head covering make the poor man look like he is suffering from some horrible rash,
. The colour of the left shoulder of the man's jacket is very harsh, and lastly,
. The image is totally devoid of Bokeh.

Keep shooting.
