 I have to admit I got the idea from Gaurawa's recent post of a long exposure of Upper Yosemite Falls.

Nice capture of the stars, but I think the contrast and saturation could have been up'ed a bit. Also there is some grain in the mountians.

Stunning view of Yosemite! I spent time here as a child, and remember the starry nights, the firefall, the wonders of the Merced River and Half Dome. Thanks for a great entry!

Cool concept, but seems a bit flat. A bump in saturation or a levels adjustment could help a bit.

Pretty cool, not really fond of the blue hue on this one, think I would have liked it better with a more neutral hue, the sky more black and "natural" but this is still pretty good. Wish there was something in the foreground that stood out more with some kind of illumination but I guess "painting with light" doesn´t work on those mountains, hehe :) Nice work anyway, gave it a 7.

Great shot. Notr much evidence of Noise, but, hmm, maybe a couple of sensor dust spots. ;-) Will be interested to see what the exposure time was.

You probably shoudl have started a little later so that the sky was darker. But still good!

Oh Wow! This is aMAZING!!!!! I LOVE those trailing stars! Since mountains are my favorite thing on this earth. ..this photo makes me heartsick. But in a good way :) Beautiful work.

HA! I just voted on another shot taken at this location in Desolation. Anyway, I like this one, with the long star trails - you got them to look real smooth, which I find sometimes difficult. 8
