| a litle too dark in the shadows the negative space on the left doesn't add to the desolation, IMO |

| i think the lighting on this, does not give me the feeling it is abandoned, if it was in good lighting, and the darkness was limited to the windows and door, it would make me feel that all that much more, the lighting is very creative and the angle nice, but, i could be wrong, i just dont see abandoned maybe becouse of the lack of detail due to the creative shadowing that otherwise is fabulous. |

| The vast blackness definitely contributes to a sense of desolation, but I think that maybe the building tends to fall away too much into that darkness. Also the composition feels a bit unbalanced toward the right. Still, it fits the theme of the challenge well. |
