 Title inspired by the excellent movie, "Adaptation" where Charlie Kaufman (Nicholas Cage) is trying to adapt the book, "The Orchid Thief" to a movie screenplay.

Reversed my 50mm f/1.8 prime and held it in front of my 18-55mm lens to shoot this macro of the inside of an orchid.

The composition is not bad, nice contrasting background. Very nice bokeh which make this a pleasing, sligthly above average shot. And no, I don't mind it being of a flower :)

I gave this a 9 because it is a simple yet stunning shot. It goes to show, you do not need to have a lot of things in a shot to achieve excellence. I love the color combinations too! Well done!

Beautoful! The background colors really set off the foreground. Just wish it'd been a little sharper on the focus. Still, a 7.
