 This was taken while experimenting.

Knew it would not have mass appeal but I wound up liking it better than many of my cleaner, more normal shots. It's tough on the morale to submit a perverse shot, but it sure is swell to find that some people understand. Thank you all very much for the comments.

Too bad voters don't like abstracts, which is the drawback of many people here: they want a perfrect recreation of something. Unfortunately they miss the entire point of photography which is to elicit an emotional response. Oh well, I like this one :)

Im cool with this photo, because the colors are absolutely magnificent. The photo is strikingly cool, and fresh, as much so as relaxing and calm. I think you have done a wonderful job, and I hope that this photo gets the credit it deserves. GL 8+

I'm confused by this one... Part of me thinks that this is a bit of an error or a windy day.... Another part of me thinks that this is some artsy abstract stuff with specialized editing...

Sorry, don´t want to offend you but I make a rule of leaving a comment when I leave really low scores and I gave this a 2. The reason is that when I view this photo, I just see a blurry blob of nothing that makes sense to me, this is way too artsy and abstract for my taste and frankly I do not like it. Thought you at least deserved an explanation why I voted like that. If you like this, that´s all that matters though so don´t listen to me.

Sorry this affect doesn't do much for me, it also appears to be very noisey like you've overcranked the exposure when converting from raw?
