| i suppose the fire is hard to distinguish but it is a very good photo nonetheless, the colors are excellent |

| Thanks for the comments. I knew I was in for trouble. I'm not crazy about them naked dnmc comments but ultimately, they still tell me what the viewer is thinking, to some limited extent. It's funny, though, that red burny things don't get the benefit of the doubt in a fire challenge ;-) |

| I think people's views are a bit shallow on this. This is something I would definately hang on my wall. I'll admit that the fire isn't obvious, but the colors are everything that fire is. I guess you have to get used to the harsh votes when you think beyond the literal, heh. I see the fire, and I love it. =) |

| Maybe that was supposed to be fire in the background? Anyways this is an amazing photo. Great focus and clarity. Nice use of clors and tones. Great contrast. All around great photo. |

| I'd prefer the focus was on the fire in the background rather than the flower in the foreground but I do like the slightly muted colors. and the composition. |
