Greetings from Critique Club!
Congratulations on good score on this one. This is a nice photo ans it well executed though there are some minor "technical" flaws which need to be worked upon -
- Though there is motion blur in photo, its the "panning" which dominates it
- As pointed in one of the comments, Noice is real killer here. I dont know if you could have done any better with ISO 1600
Its still a nice photo which deserved good score. I did not voted for this challenge but would have given this one score of 6, which is closer to its avarage score.
I checked your portfolio and found "Sleeping Beauty" to be exceptional. Its a great capture which is well executed. Looking forward to more photos from you.
Have a nice day!

The blur of the calf adds to the background and wheel blurs to add to the sense of motion here - evocative. And the slight uphill angle to the road plays nicely to the title of the shot. |

Good movement even on his leg. |

Nice capture! My one complaint is that there is a fair bit of noise throughout, really visible on the biker's shirt and shorts. |

Very nicely captured, perfect background blur and sharp detail of bicyclist. |

This looks tought to take, but your really grabed him up well, and stoped his motion. |

Nice capture. Try to get in closer to the subject and it'll have greater impact. |

I don't understand how the title relates, but I like this shot very much. You framed it well, with him riding into the picture, and panned very well as he went by. 7. |

It is amazing how moving bikes take on a sort of weightless, delicate, hurtling feel when motion panning is applied. |
