Besides the tilted horizon, the kid in the foreground is a bit blown out.

there is a right way and a wrong way to do motion blur... this looks like it happened on accident. it would have looked better if you followed your subject with the camera, keeping him in focus and the background blurred.

I like the boy framed by the shadows. Think this may have worked better if you had panned and kept him in focus with the background blurred, especially since the background is so busy.
