It's a bit difficult to find a place to focus on here. My eye goes toward the black spots in thye reflective thing, not to the motion blur.

Hey! I know what this is! I like the effect you got towards the top of the photo. I think I would have titled it something like "Wormhole" or "Alien Invasion". It looks like the people are about to be sucked up into the hole.

I've given the same basic comment on quite a few shots -- my preference (as I discovered while looking at a number of these blur shots) is for a sharp subject. When there is no sharp subject, my eye wanders around trying to find something to focus on. I also don't tend to be attracted to shots where I can't tell what I'm seeing. I find myself trying to figure out what this is (and being frustrated when I can't) rather than appreciating it as abstract art. Perhaps just a difference in artistic preference.

spooky surreal - this is an album cover (oops, what do they call those now?) This is a CD cover! Great eye to see this and nice work capturing it. What does it look like in color is my main question - and I'd prefer a little more contrasty around the edges of the vortex - nice work though!

I'm lost in this photo. There is no real focal point, my eye just jumps around searching for something to focus on...I get that it is a reflection of some sort but it just isnt working for me

Ha the bean in Chicago's Centennial Park ;) I suspect you used an ND filter on this one. The BW could use a bit more high contrast passes to fully bring out the midtones and shadows.
