What I like: I like the gold in the artwork as well as the position of the hand.

What I didn't like: The lighting is fairly flat, and I feel that the restoring hand should have been a what was in focus rather than just the artwork.

I like the way the hand blends into the painting. It's even gilded with a ring!

Unique idea and good details.

The restorer's hand pretty much blends into the wall here. Maybe a different angle or better lighting would help it stand out a bit more to add some depth to the shot.

Hmm, don't believe I've heard this one before, but it's pretty interesting.

The hand is way, way dark.

I'm not sure that really match the superstion/urban legend theme. 6

I don't really know whether this is a myth or superstition, but it's a nice enough picture! The hand is a little dark and only the title makes clear that the person is working on restoring the picture.

could use more light on the hand or at least the lower part of the hand. interesting overall.

This is about restoring the art but the darkest part of the picture is the area where this is taking place and the lighter corner of the picture is the bland ceiling. Wish it had been the other way around.

Don't know this one, the gold seems to over powering to the rest of the iamge which is left really dark. If anything else, there should be a touch more light on the hand to allow it to stand apart.

A little dark...

" Keep in mind your target audience as you photograph, since this site spans the globe."

I think this legend would not be very well-known around the world. Is it in Bangkok?

I don't get it... nice pic though
