If they are stationary, thats gotta be hard on the muscles... ouch. Photo would be better without the other people in the background (although i'm sure you couldn't do anything about that). Also it looks a little out of focus or grainy.

Your timing for this shot was spot on but the focal point appears to be behind the main subjects. The lighting also makes the photo look a little on the flat side. 4
