Although the face does communicate somewhat the frustration that could be felt because the stroller isn't moving, is also could also be saying tired, hungry, or what's this stranger doing with that camera. A sleeping toddler would have been a stronger stationary challenge subject. On the technical side, the eyes should be the sharpest area in the photo instead of the back edge of the stroller.
