 Had a family BBQ today... this was one of a session of shots taken for today's challenge. I think it stands out as the flames resemble the shape of a horse.

Well executed, but capturing the moment is what's exciting.

A good image and I think that your final score is well deserved. I think that this is a lucky shot for the horse image painting from the fire but there is even a good technique. good the DOF, the sharpness and even the composition is good. the 400 iso choice allow you have a good detail aven in the dark areas.

Regardless of the fact that, yes in fact it does look like a horse, it's a good capture. You've got a nice shiny new bbq and the flame is great. Nice DOF too.

I see it! ...and so do the others sitting here before we even read the title...very cool shot...love the hot ornage of the flame contrasted with the cool green...very nice.
