I like your dof.
I don't think your model much cares for your sharpening, and as far as portraiture is concerned, her facial fluff really shouldn't be so clearly visible.
With that said, your composition was carefully considered, and I, as a viewer appreciate that.
I do, however, get the feeling that it would benefit either from the addition of some external lighting, (with a coloured gel, perhaps) or a slight change of view, hopefully to bring out some colours in the background which would be more complementary to the model's skin.
A good image "pops" off the page.
