| these planes had me at my window all day, yet i couldn't be bothered to fight traffic to shoot some. this photo makes me wish I had. Nice job. |

Hey thanks everyone. This image was taken in Toronto at the CNE (Canadian National Ex) Airshow. They are the Royal Canadian Snowbirds. A very talented group of fighter pilots. If you ever have a chance to see them I recommend you do.
Anyway thanks to all now and in the past who gave me great advice.

Absolutely awesome shot, the timing is perfect!
Says an awful lot about the flyers too, look how perfectly they are in position even following a look like that.

| I was in Toronto during the Ex and on my way out of the city there were fighter planes zooming back and forth overhead. Nothing like this impressive, though! Great shot :) |

| If only the nearest plane hadn't been a teensy bit late making the maneuver you'd have gotten a tiny bit of sky at the top. Excellent action shot. |

| Probably my favorite shot of the challenge! I may have cropped it a little differently -- either zooming in closer on the planes in a vertical format, or moving it back just a hair so that the contrails at the top aren't cropped out. But this is still a great shot -- hopefully there will be a ribbon tacked to it soon! - 9 |
