 Cloned out a few small spots on the outer edges. Adjusted Hue and saturation, darkened shadows.
Done without tripod.

I really like the softness of this, as it give us another perspective to it, rather than just a normal of the run fireworks image.....
It almost looks like a painting, and I like that effect.....
