 Really fun taking and working this shot, learned so so much.

Taken on a football field with my childhood friend Kári with a 580ex flash on top of my 20D with a 17-40 mounted.

Wow, I really think I did well on this one, my highest yet position in a challenge and my second best score so far.

Please give me more comments.

What I think I could improve of in the shot is that the Sync speed on the flash I was using was only 1/250. That made the whole picture not quite frozen so I had to work the sharpness quite a bit.

Well, it looks good and I am satisfied.

like this - the hot spot on the grass and the ball are a little bit of a problem for me - but I appreciate how hard you must have worked to get this excellent composition 8

interesting light, good sky...would be more effective if either the ball or the player, or both, were sharp.

The bright spot of grass at the bottom seems a bit strange. Other than that this is a very cool and dynamic photo. The position of the player and the ball give this tons of depth. Great job!

nice! love the sky and the position of both the player and the ball, even the building in the background and the thing on the right of the horizon seem right in place and help balance the photo, nice and sharp too, I'm just wondering about where the lighting spot in the grass came from, but it seems to work, it's centered and directly in front of him like a spotlight, nice work, 9

Great image. Has a very surreal feel to it. The colors are very vibrant and the lighting in the front is interesting. The cloud background has a lot of interest to it which adds to the surreal effect for me. I wish the man was a bit more in focus, or at least the 10 on the shirt was more in focus or highlighted by the light to really give it prominence. Overall I think its a good image. 6.

Skrýtið ég sá að þessi var íslensk þegar ég sá thumbnailinn. Það sem pirrar mig mest við þessa er þetta hallærislega motion blur. Ég væri til í að hún væri alveg frosin. Auk þess er lýsingin á grasinu skrýtin. Annars er þetta eðal hugmynd sem væri hægt að bæta og gera að magnaðri mynd.
