Literally...I was probably even less than 10 feet away when I took this shot...this is an especially beautiful cat and I am so thrilled that I got to be that close to him.

Great picture, but the only thing that relates it to the challenge is the title...

Nice ~ I think I would have been more than 10 feet away ~ especially the way those eyes are looking at you!!! Beautiful color and just an overall awesome shot!!!

The picture must show a 10, it is not enough to say it in the name, very good picture though.

needs the title to get the "10" but a nice shot anyway!

Eeeeeee. . .this is a hard vote because it is a beeeeautiful photo!!! And one that certainly tugs at my heart -- being the psycho animal lover that I am -- buuuttttttttt. . . .the 10 thing. I don't know. It seems to be a bit of a stretch. Ok, I'll vote with my heart and give it the benefit of the doubt :) It really is an awesome photo!!!!

An awesome photograph, one of the best I have ever seen (big cats), but I don't think your going to get the meets the challenge points. Since the challenge description says "make of it what you will", you may still get the top 25%, which is a shame because I think going on the photo alone it should be in the top 5%.

Beautiful capture. Lovely evening light and sharp focus. The framing is just perfect. But this somehow does not strongly associate with number "10". Still a 8 from me :)

I would count those steps to verify for DNMC purposes but I'm already 100 feet away and counting. :P Very nice capture. Super sharp and the foilage just adds to the image. 9. Good luck.

Sorry, I'm missing the connection to 10, except of course for the shoehorn title. Beautiful photo. Nice saturation. Possibly a few cloning artifacts.
