Parked next to this car and thought "that's progress!"

The first day I parked by this car, the sun wasn't out and it came out dull. I tried again the next day, luckily the car was still there and the sun was out.

I had to really mess around with the colors to make it look like a sunset. This ended up making the car purple, which I guess is OK but it also left some artifacts that I couldn't correct in basic editing, like the green windows and some red fringing around the metal letters.

As always...a real learning experience!

Except that hybrids don't really help the environment much... Nice angle on the shot - like the way the light is reflected off the paint-job.

It kind of like your trying to sell me a hybrid like an add in a magazine but its a great photo

I like how you caputred the sun's reflection on the car but I wished you could have not blown out the sun, even though I know that can be difficult.

Nice touch including the reflection of the sunset there and around the hybrid logo. Only to nitpick, wish the sun wasn´t blown out like that but I like the color contrasts in it, green vs. purple vs. orange. 7 from me, I dig this image.

Very nice lines, colors, and detail. The reflection of the sunset adds to the impact of this image. Well done!

This would make for some nice stock photography if you had paid attention to the reflection of the building and wire.

The colors are nice and it fits the theme well. I just wonder about the colors. Too much noise in the blue...I don't think a sunset would show such vivid colors reflecting off the body of the car and I hope that's green tinting. Cropped to close to the mirror - part of subject missing.

Nicely expressed response to the challenge - love the sunburst near the car's name and the colors.

nice image. so much better than the typical car-shoot and my favorite thing about this is the lack of the photographers reflection.

Great sun reflection next to the logo. Very well placed, but it makes me think you don't need so much of the car on the right, seeing as it doesn't add anything.

Okay, first off I like the idea you have working for you here. This is really the state of the world we live in now hu? I like the tonal range you've captured here, the purple in the car and the yellow orange in the sunset really contrast well with each other. However the green tint in the windows seems to be stealing from the rest of the shot. I'm also distracted by the body line of the car on the top third of the shot. You might want to ease up on the saturation a little too, there seems to be some noise in and around the HYBRID logo. Compositional, I would suggest just focusing on the sunset with the HYBRID as the subject. I think this would keep the focus on your message. Good eye, and a wonderful idea!

The reflected object at bottom right takes away from a really nice image.
