Not sure what kind of bug this is, but it's TINY and looks like a speck of dust or goose down. I think it's some kind of gnat or midge.
Used 3 stacked close-up filters (+1, +2, +4), zoom 49mm, no flash, handheld.
PP included: rotate, curves/levels, color sat, contrast, Neat Image, save for Web. |

| Wow! Cool photo and a stage of life I don't think I've ever caught before. Red in background is distracting, but overall a very clean and interesting shot. |
