horizon as noted is a bit askew, but simple composition elements and this remarkable beautiful rendering of the water caught my eye.

Nice reflection of the sun on the waves and bringing out the color in the sky. |

a nice color in the clouds.
but there isn't really anything else going on that makes me want to linger on the picture.
maybe a boat sailing in the background?
or some rocks/shells/dunes or something in the foreground?
Maybe those things weren't available to you, but ultimately that's where your shot has let you down.
In my opinion of course :-) |

it's beautiful, but you need some foreground interest here...a log or rock or even just a slice of beach would do...I'd also suggest using a split ND filter here to hold back the sun...try stopping down the aperture next time, as that will create a nice star burst effect that would really add interest to the shot. |

Beautiful scene and exposure, shame you didn't take 5 seconds to straighten your horizon. |

Today a man found a massive burning orb on the beach. Thinking quickly, he donned a fire retardant shoe and kicked the ball of fire out over the ocean. There he quickly took a photo of the feat and submitted it to DPC. |
