super glossy lip gloss + super glittery glitter.
And let me tell you something about glitter. It is evil. A vile, horrible, annoying substance that sticks, and refuses to stop sticking, making removal from skin, clothing, carpet, hair, and especially mouthes, a tedious, if not futile task. It serves no purpose besides the making of this photo and hardening the cleanup tasks of tired mothers after birthday parties. If I ever come in contact with glitter again, so god help me, I will loose my sanity. Glitter is evil and should be destroyed.
So with that said...yay, I'm actually quite happy with this :D After my first shoot (one involving semi toxic acrylic gold paint that I'd rather not go into :S) I decided to go with plan B....which involved glitter....which I will be seeing in the carpet and fabric for the rest of my life.
The background is new. A huge white sheet donated to me by a friend. At least it's a step up from the shirts I've using :P
Editing: crop, +brightness, +contrast, cloned some birth marks and stuff out as well as some old nail polish, desaturated, and played with curves a bit to get a somewhat cross processed, yellow-goldish feel to it. |

| Very nice! good idea and nice model. But I find the hot spots somewhat distracting. The lips and golden sprinkles look great though. |

| The sparkles on the lips are the intial eye grabber, but the composition is the real star of this show. Excellent photo! |

I'm sorry, but something about this touches me as disturbing... Don't know exactly what it is. Maybe the plastic look of the face itself. Maybe the crusty gold stuff on your nails. Probably the fact that you have gold crap all over your lips...

| Very Nice!! Love how the tones of the skin seem to blend with the white background! I'm actualy suprised you didn't get more of a shaddow inder the chin with the fingers there! Screams Stock Image, i could definatly see thins poping up in a magazine! :D |
