This is my favourite shot for this challenge. I gave it 10.
The off-center subject and the shallow DoF create a (scary) sense of anxiety. |

| Water droplets and rule of thirds make this photo really stark and nice. The rule of thirds lets us know that there's a spider around somewhere. It the bug were centered, it would not be so. 10 |

| Poor old fella! Lovely shot, with good use of mono and nice focus. Creates a sense of anticipation of the spider's arrival... who'd be an insect? : / |

| Very nice shot. Love the dew and b&w works, even though if the same people comment on your shot as on mine, they might disagree :( Nice focus and composition, even though I'd be happy to see just a little crop on the left (get rid of the OOF web and drops there) and a bit more breathing room to the right (although it's not like the bug's gonna go anywhere). Nice shot! |

| I like this a lot but I keep wanting to rotate it right...the dew/rain drops are very niceand thespider texture is as well |

| An insect in a web, what a thought. Great shot. Shades are nice; dew (fake or real) enhances the shot, and no spider. Right on. |

| Like the droplets. Not sure about the B&W - would have liked to see a colour version. Also, expected to see a spider (or did the bug eat it? :-) |
