 Came across a downed dried out pine tree and was taken with its gold hue and veru unusual fracture lines for wood. I tried to make an aesthetically pleasing if abstract photo with limited editing other than minimal levels, a little dodge and burn and clone to eliminate distracting highlights and an appropriate crop

Wonderful colors and textures...wish there would be les out of focus space on top.

uh oh, calibration? looks like orange-red to me, cool photo, love the texture, too bad it's out of focus at the top, nice composition
