| A very nice zen image. The dark colour of the water is a great contrast to the feather. I'd maybe have cropped it with a bit more to the right. |

| Nicely exposed. There's a shadow of something on the right side that keeps drawing my eye away. For composition, I think I'd have preferred the feather a bit less on the centerline horizontally. |

| I really like the ripple and the idea. It looks like the feather and water are two different pictures because of the reflection more than anything else. I like how the feather is nice and clear but dislike how the water looks overprocessed. It causes an imbalance in the perception of the overall picture. |

This was the approach I was going to take...couldn't find a good feather. ;^)
I like the reflection of the feather on the water. Looks like you got the timing correct on getting the shot before the ripples hit the area of the feather.
Not sure if it's my monitor here at work or not, but the feather looks a bit soft (no pun intended), especially around the front area of it.
Anyway, good luck in the challenge. |
