i climbed over the wall and then tried to get as low as possible.
great catch, i don't know if i would have recognized it if the situation was reversed.

Good lighting. I would have moved the tree down to the bottom third though. The rule is you never want to have the sky and ground meet exactly in the center of a picture. |

Nice colours in the sky and I like the silhouette of the tree but feel the image might work better with less green in the foreground (MHO) |

Very pretty colors in this. I think though, that between the subject of the tree, the foreground green grass, and the multiple colors in the sky and background, it just is a bit overwhelming to the solitude and peace that you are trying to create. Maybe if this was in black and white? I think it is actually the beauty of the color that is distracting to the sense of zen. |
