I gave this a 9. Apt for the Challenge. Good simplicity. Liked the b&w/toning and composition. Taking the liberty of adding to my Favorites. |

This is a really good image. This would be the one exception where you can put the image right in the middle. |

Yes. Very minimalistic, simple, balanced. Excellent BW. Looks like a brush stroke in good Chinese/Japanese style. 9 |

Very minimalistic and works well in that respect. Have to admit that though it was probably done to compliment the starkness of the photograph, I don't like the border - to me it detracts from the subject. |

A very nice shot, the choice of black and white and a minimal subject matter is a great decision in submitting for this challenge. The way the dragonfly blends into the stick it is on works well in this one, where in another challenge, one might seek some distinction between the two. It just works well, all elements together. Great job from the 'Great Job Baggie'! |

Lovely picture and perfect title. This is really an example of zen art. Simple and yet so profound. I really liked the "mostly" silhoutte picture with just a little bit of light passing through wings. Just few lines and you have a piece of art... thats very zen :)Hope this does well for you.9. |

Reduced to the very essence by such high contrast and posterisation. Intriguing in it's minimalism. Almost too stark for my preference - so stark that it doesn't convey "serenity" or "harmony" to me but that's just my perception. |
