| I don't like the title but love the shot. The title implies that you have to choose between the flag and the church and I don't see that to be the case. DOF is good but focus is a touch (take your pick) sharp or soft for moods I would try to read into this shot. |

| This is a good composition that shows it's meaning well. The overall photo could use some cleaning and the yellowish overtone could be reduced. |

| I like the concept... a direct representation of a quote from the constitution. But nothing in the photograph is level (true horizontal/vertical) and it looks crooked. I think the best correction for this would have been to straighten the US flag - I think it's off by <5 degrees, but the way the eye views the photo, something has to be straight in it. |

| Interesting composition. The tower is really competing with the flag. What are we suppose to focus in on. Tower or Flag. The picture seem to have a yellow hue. Using a polarising filter may help. |
