In the absence of time or light I shot myself under my garden halogen.

I just wanted to show the spirit of living free while thinking of why I am. Namely, the fact that Britain could have been German territory now, if it wasn't for those who fought and died in World War II.

I'm not overtly sentimental but I do genuinely feel eternally grateful for our current state of freedom, independence and wealth that those things bring.

I like the idea of the hands, but the faces particularly the one in the middle, looking up, almost has a look of dispair to me, in contrast with the title of the picture. To me almost a feeling of darkness and weight like the people were burried in a tomb.

Nice image, but I think that the image should say freedom without having to think much about it.

Very cool shot!!! Very emotive. Don't know how it fits challenge but I'm still giving it an 8!

cool effect and good interpretation of the category. How long did you expose this and what kind of light did you use?

I don't understand this photo. I do like the composition, and gives me a feeling of freedom instead of just an understanding of your message. Definite originality in this photo, and the emotional impact saves your score! 8

Wow! Cool shot. I like this one because it presents the idea of free movement, and passion and emotion. It's expressionistic, if that is even a word. Love it.

I like the attempt at the effect. Unfortunately, the ghost images blend in with each other too much, causing the photo to lose its meaning.

What a creative and unusual image! I really like the ghostly aspect of the arms and faces and the colour tones too. I love the darkness in most of the image and find the white area below off putting. Nevertheless I like the idea and much of the execution of this very much.

Compelling image, but not sure I see the connection. Are they praising God? Please let me know.

This photo has no stabilizatoin point... a motion shot needs to have a solid/immobile foundation in order to not make the viewer dizzy.

Wild and crazy. I like it alot. I was going to say that maybe a different colour shirt would have been better, but then I told myself to stop being stupid and that this is a cool photo.

A moody, creative shot. My eye is drawn to the faces to the right, particularly the face second from the right. The subject seems to me to be raising hands more in desperation than in freedom. Perhaps reaching for freedom? Or using his freedom to reach for whatever his desire is? 8.

I absolutely love this!

I think of it as "Freedom of Expression"
The bright light at the bottom is just a bit harsh.
A bold entry for this challenge. I'll be watching to see how it does.
