yes, you've stopped something in motion, but the image falls short of making me feel like "wow, how'd they do that."

I find my eyes traveling the entire length of this image to take it in and finally coming to rest on the bow of the boat - not sure if that's good or bad. ;^) For some reason a good portion of this image seems soft, a little OOF or camera shake? The lighting also seems a bit harsh from strong midday sunlight. Early or late in the day can help add a little drama and impact. As for stopped motion, yes, it's stopped - I don't really associate sailing as something challenging to capture with concerns about speed, etc... That's just my first thought - right or wrong. Hopefully that's not impacting the voters and my thoughts are of the minority. Good luck in the challenge.
