Okay, the horizontal presentation is a bit creepy, the feline looks as if he/she just croaked. No matter what angle I can imagine, this picture is too strange to recognize the goal ... stopped motion.

ok, you have a whole week to spend with this challenge, in addition to TWO previous stop motion challenges that are chockful of examples as to what works and what doesn't. you obviously have a decent camera. and yet, you enter a cat yawning...if you want better scores, maybe check out this thread.

cute moggy. not sure that it's really a great example of stopped motion though; cat yawns normally last so long it doesn't really require any magnificent sense of timing... the angle is a bit unusual, which due to his (lovely) black coat makes it tricky to define his shape. and the eyes look positively insane! the fore and background (well the brown fabric) does work very well, and the colours are very visually nice. it's a good cat shot - 7.

Cute picture. Kind of just "ok" for the 'Stopped Motion' theme IMO. It looks like the paws are in sharper focus than the eyes and mouth area. Good idea to rotate this - the angle works quite well. Good luck in the challenge.

Reminds me of a similar photo I use for my profile pic. Nice detail and most important for the challenge no motion trails!
