Thanks for your vote on my challenge entry , but I am not sure what Filter you mean ? There is no Photoshop filter used on this picture it's a manual motion zoom with a long exposure!

A very interesting effect; I want to try it sometime. Do you have to use a very small f/stop to lengthen the exposure?
