I think a different composition might make this more interesting - the centered subject doesn't work here. The colours look a little dull, especially since the background is also light. Overall, the picture has a soft pastel tendency but the border is very dark and overpowering. That little bud on the bottom left corner seems a little lost. I would have either included it fully or totally crop it out.
Sorry if this seems rather negative. Just thought your forum idea was great. |

This has such a lovely softness to this image, and that is what appeals to me. Well done. Just a very pleasing image to the eye. My only suggestion is that I feel the border is just to strong for the this delicate flower image, maybe use a white border.

I like the stem leading from the top left corner, the colour and detail of the flower is nice and you have a good DOF :o) Again, for me, the flower being less centrally placed would be better |
