 Yeah...the fire is blown out. My thought process was that correctly exposed it just didn't look that exciting. Slightly over-exposing it gave it more umph, but just looked like a mistake, so I dragged the shutter hoping everyone would realize it was intentional.
Oh well, I still like it. :D

I like this for the subject and the colors. Compositionally and exposure wise I think it could be a bit stronger but it has a really happy feeling to it for me. 7

I love the composition here. The crop, angle of the subjects, and colors are very attractive. The shape of the flame is cool. Unfortunately the flames are just a bit too blown out white to allow this shot to live up to its potential.

A few drops add a bit of life, a few more and it's HOT!! LOVE tabasco, and you could sell them this for marketing...

The flames just look like giant blown highlights to me. I would try greatly reducing the exposure time, and if you lose visibility of the peppers and tabasco sauce, then some additional front lighting might help.

Very professionally done. The angled composition works well. I'm not completely sold on the crop (perhaps it is slightly too tight on the left and at the bottom), but it's worth an 8 for the excellent technical execution.
