Moonlight and reflections are such a good subject to create a mood.
The Canadian flag adds a nice touch too.
With 720 pixels available, yours at 448 pixels is probably hurting your score more than anything, as it is quite small, and I may be redundant in saying it, as you probably have heard it already a few times.

There's a tutorial (under "Learn") that will help you resize your picture so it's large enough to give viewers and voters a good look. If you don't use PhotoShop, ask in the forums and someone can help you resize with other software packages.

This image has some potential, but it also has several areas of concern, at least for me:
- its size. This was a challenge where we got extra space, but you used less than normal. That reduces the impact substantially.
- the blown out highlights in the middle. I suspect it was difficult to expose well, given the contrast between the reflection and the rest of the shot, but sometimes that means trying a different angle.
- the flag cut off at the bottom. The shot might work better cropped just above the flag, but of course, that would make it even smaller.

The flag is great, but I wish the picture were larger.
