I think the soft focus is just about perfect, anymore would have ruined the photo IMO.

This is just beautiful! The colors are perfect...soft, yet glowing with a quiet majesty. This is one of my top picks to ribbon!

Not very good at predicting - but this image is very Bear_Music like. if this is your shot Robert - just amazing! If not, you are being compared to one of the best. The colors in this shot are so warm and the soft focus was created perfectly.

There is no soft focus here. Soft focus has a misty character with the edges softened and bright areas turned like fog. It results of light difusion before the lens.

Lovely colors. Seems pretty sharp to me, though. I don't see where the "soft focus" comes in.
