the fact that babies are soft is one thing, soft baby focusing on coin makes this pic challenge unique!! good luck! |

IMHO this is more the use of DOF than soft focus but I do like the composition |

I think your photo is going to grab the voters attention and give it high marks. Probably not a gold medal winner but still very high. Good job! |

There is no soft focus here. Soft focus has a misty character with the edges softened and bright areas turned like fog. It results of light difusion before the lens. This picture uses only a shallow DOF. |
