Very nice...it almost looks as though the rope is "alive" and grabbing the wood.

This is one of the best pictures in this challenge, indeed. However the only thing is that the rope is little underexposed (too dark), the rest is perfect !!

Nice - I really like the colors in the background, they are a really nice contrast to the darker rope!
You have also capture a lot of nice texture on the rope and wood! Great shot!!

I like the mood your treatment evokes, like the lighting, composition, colours. The only slight distraction is seeing something behind there, but in basic there's not a lot you can do about that :)
