It seems to me there is too much criticism of this photo- "analysis paralysis" if you will. bottom line - it's a gorgeous photo of an incredible breed. |

Too bright! And I think the centered subject is too...something. |

This gives me a very classic feel for the old "ol'Roy" images. Very nice capture. Your pp tech seems to work very well. |

lighting seems kinda flat ... wish the colors were a bit more saturated |

I'm betting you were a little aggressive with the shadows/highlights tool on this one. A little more contrast probably would have been better here. |

Nice looking dog and pretty blue sky. Maybe less centered or cropped to portrait orientation if you want to keep him centered. |

Nice capture. Sharp and clean. The black point seems to be a bit too bright in this image probably due to the effect you were going for but I would try and strike a better balance with that. Also, to improve the clean aspect even more I would clone out those 3 stray grass blades near the top on both sides. |

more contrast would make this stronger - particularly blacker blacks. |

the contrast has been lost in the processing of this shot...a great pose and composition, but slightly washed out |

Looks like this image needed a lot of work to recover details in the shadows.
You lost contrast and saturation in the process.
I'm not a fan of the central composition either. |
