Found this guy on the side of my house as I was leaving for work one morning. The combination of angual leg placement, the antennae and the brick layout I felt met the challenge.

I would have liked to get a frontal shot, instead of from behind, but the placement made it too difficult (ie would have been late to work :) ).

Did some brightness and contrast correction.

Critique Club Review:

Depth of field is too shallow here. The legs form the angles, but are soft in this picture so they do not get the attention they deserve.

I think most viewers are used to a sharp foreground and a soft background. Here the body is extremely soft halfway up the picture.

The head and antennae look great though.

Color, saturation, hue, contrast and brightness are all very good.

I don't think your depth of field is working here, you need more of it in focus.
