You can reduce the atar effect by using a smaller aperature. And the lights of the boat are not to my likeing.

I think a close up of the ferris wheel would have been much more effective.

Sorry... they are "Radial-Lines"! If the lines were tangenital, then they would be perpendicular to the radial lines.... Great photo though, love the lights of the cars going through!

I like the circle of the ferris wheel and the line of points. But the image seems tilted a bit, there is way too much negative space and it doesn't seem quite in focus or sharp enough.
