The editing effects at the top of the photo are wonderful. However, the editing below the horizon line is a bit distracting. If you could perform an editing feature that would keep the glow around the tree but not on the grass you would have a perfect photo. With or without making changes to your editing style, I do really like your photo. Nice job.

I'm not sure the zoom effect has worked for you here, I felt the composition alone was strong enough to have carried this.

why why why I ask - motion blur does nothing to help this image

The effect is well done, but I'm not sure that it adds to the photo

this photo would be great without that funky blur

OK, interesting effects. doesn't do much for me, though. i like the colors-purple and green go well together.

the lighting flare in the center doesn't help here (would have scored it +2 higher without)

I think you had a good thing going before the effect - not real wild about the processing here, but gotta admire you for submitting something outside the "DPC norm". Thanks for your original take on this challenge.

Might have been better without the burst effect.

i like the placement of the tree at the top of the photo but not the PP

why not do the zoom-trick centered on the tree?

Interesting zoom effect. I wonder if it might have worked better with the central focus on the tree itself?

the filtering spoils all the mood

Pretty effect and nice colors. I'm curious why you chose to put the focal point of the zoom somewhere other than the tree.
