I think this is a good shot and you did well with the levels and saturation. I like the colors, especially the contrast between light and shadows.
I do agree about maybe cropping differently, though. You did a great job with emphasizing the "aloneness" and I think maybe the "together" needs to be emphasized a little more with a bit of a tighter crop. But I think compositionally, the cropping isn't as weird for me as the different lines are... there are two diagonal lines made by the clouds and the sloping line of the ground - I think these three elements don't mesh as well as other shots of this type I have seen.
But regardless, I think the shot is powerful because the two people are present and clear - it gives it an impact that the same shot but without the people would not have. |

| 6 - Like the concept, including title. Just wish the bottom/fore areas had more color and/or less gamma/grain/something. Sure this size doesn't do this justice, but perhaps for this size, a fraction less width may have given more impact for this medium, who knows. |

| I like the pic but i think it could stand to lose a little off of the RH and LH edge, maybe even a little off of the bottom. ???? JMHO |

| I'm amazed that it is possible to clearly see that there are 2 individuals on the horizon, as small as they are. I think you could have accomplished the same feeling if you zoomed in a bit. |
