It sounded cooler than "The Edible Sky", which is the translation. My models are Sesame, Allspice, and the divas Black Pepper and Star Anise.

Wow, I don't think I've ever seen comments that were struggling so hard to be positive without saying that they didn't like it... don't worry, I don't blame you. I think this turned out much too dark, thanks to some miscalibrating of my monitor. Otherwise, yes, it's a lovely idea as sherpet put it. Just a case of processing blind. I think I have those issues sorted out now.

I agree with your comments that this turned out too dark, and with another commentor that the lower half of the image adds a bit too much negative space.

If you were trying to show the seeds as buttons, I'd like to see if a more diagonal composition would work better.

Peppercorns and star aniseed. Would have liked the lower part to be more active in some way.
